Public Notice regarding Bids received by U.P. Jal vidyut Nigam Ltd, on behalf of procurer (U.P. P.C.L) for Procurement of Power on Long term basis for 35 years from Small Hydro Power Stations to be set-up at Specified location Uttar Pradesh on the basis of competitive tariff based Bidding
U.P. Jal Vidyut Nigam Ltd. vide notification dated 28.01.2011, invited bids for allotment of Small Hydro Power Stations namely- Ramganga -3.2. MW in Distt-Bijnor, Madho-I-3.75 MW in Distt-Pilibhit, Madho-II-2.5 MW in Distt-Pilibhit & Dunda 3.5 MW in Distt-Pilibhit, to be set- up at specified location in Uttar Pradesh for procurement of Power, through competitive tariff based bidding process, as per guidelines issued by Ministry of Power, Government of India.
In accordance with clause 6.3 of competitive bidding guideline-2005 and as amended, the public is hereby informed that M/s. Omnis Infra Power Ltd, Mumbai is the successful bidder for Ramganga -3.2 MW, Madho I-3.75 MW, Madho II-2.5 MW & Dunda 3.5 MW Small Hydro Power Projects and U.P.P.C.L. has executed power purchase Agreement with M/s. Omnis Infra Power Ltd, Mumbai on 24.1.2013 for procurement of power from the above Small Hydro Power Projects for 35 years from the C.O.D.(Commercial Operation Date) for these SHPs.
For the details, regarding tariff quoted by the bidder, the levelised tariff, the ranking of Bidders and the PPAs signed with M/s. Omnis Infra Power Mumbai,
